Most clients start with one job and keep us on for the upkeep. Mix and match — we price the lot in a single visit, for free.
Lawn Maintenance
Scheduled visits — mowing, edging, feeding and weed control — so the lawn never gets away on you.
Lawn Mowing
One-off or regular cuts. Catcher or mulch, edges lined, clippings removed, paths blown down after.
Hedge Trimming
Sharp lines on hedges and screens, height brought back under control, every clipping taken with us.
Pressure Washing
Driveways, paths, decks, fences and siding lifted back to clean — moss, algae and grime gone.
Fencing
New fences, gates and repairs — cedar board, panel or post-and-rail, set on properly dug posts.
Paving
Patios, walkways and driveways laid on a compacted base with proper falls, so nothing pools or shifts.

Arnold runs every Sula Landscape job himself — he does the walk-through, writes the estimate, and is on site with the crew. If you called about the quote, you’re talking to the person who wrote it.
Alongside the mowing, hedging and hardscaping, Arnold works on bonsai: styling, wiring, pruning and repotting, plus ongoing care for trees you already own. It’s slow, patient work, and it’s the same eye he brings to a hedge line or a paved edge.

We come and look
Call or send the form. Arnold comes out, measures up and talks through what you want. The visit costs nothing.
STEP 02
You get a fixed price
A written estimate by email, itemised per job, valid for 30 days. No hourly guessing, no call-out fee.
STEP 03
We do it and clean up
Booked date, crew on time, green waste loaded out. You get before-and-after photos when the job’s done.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Arnold comes out, measures up and sends a written price — no obligation and no call-out fee.
Do you take the green waste away?
Always. Clippings, prunings and cleared growth are loaded out and disposed of. It’s included in the quoted price unless we tell you otherwise.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have gate access and somewhere to park the trailer. We’ll text when we’re on the way and send photos when we’re done.
Can you do a one-off tidy rather than a contract?
Of course. Plenty of clients book us once for a clean-up and decide later whether they want us back on a regular round.
Do you really do bonsai?
Yes — Arnold styles, wires, prunes and repots bonsai, and takes on ongoing care for trees you already have. Send a photo of the tree and he’ll tell you what it needs.
How do I pay?
Invoice on completion, payable by e-transfer within seven days. Regular mowing rounds are invoiced monthly.
